We are concerned about our customers, If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, You can return or replace the product.
You don't need to directly contact the stores for returns or replacement You can return or replace the product by using our App or Website,
All you have to do is click on the order which you want to return/replace there you will find a option of return or replace,
Just click on that and our customer care team would start working on your order.
There are few stores who do not provide return or replacement services.
All products listed on Martman may not have the same return policy.
The return policy of Martman are divided into different parts, Each category has different return policy.
Note :- Products / Items will only be returned or replaced if it is fully sealed and not used by the customer,
Damaged or used products cannot be returned or replaced in any condition. It affects our product cycle and stock maintenance.
After the system receives your cancellation or return request it will automatically start working on your Refund.
If you requested the refund in your bank account the estimated time for a refund is 3-5 working days.
If you requested the refund into Martman Wallet the refund should get credited immediately after cancellation once your Return order is picked up.
If you requested the refund into Martman Wallet the refund should get credited immediately after cancellation if the order is not Shipped or Delivered.
Once your refund gets credited to your Wallet it cannot be recalled.
1. Grocery and Staples
If you want to return or replace any items from your order, You have to instantly return it to the task man or the delivery boy, The amount would be refunded to your MARTMAN wallet within 24 hours, Or if you want to cancel or return your entire order, Your amount would be refunded to your bank account within 3-7 working days. Replacing of products/items may cause you an extra delivery charge based on your delivery destination.
2. Food and Restaurants
Food once delivered cannot be returned or replaced in any condition. But if you cancel the order within 5 minutes after placing the order, We would provide you with 100% refund of your order.
3. Pan Shop
We regret to inform you that after placing an order, you cannot apply or request for returns or replacements on this category.
4. Cosmetics
You can't return or replace products after using it or opening the seal of the product, The order will only be returned or replaced if you have received the wrong product, Or a damaged piece. Estimated time for your return/replacement order to get completed is 12-24 hours.
5. Clothing and Accessories
Returns or replacements may take some extra time on clothing, Due to large marketplace! But we provide returns/replacements within 3 days after the product is delivered,
We check and verify the product, If the product is damaged by the customer we would clearly deny for both returns or replacements. We provide returns if you receive the wrong product or have size issues.
We replace products within 2-5 working days.
6. Flower and Gift Shop
Stores after dispatching the order, Do not accept return or replacement. Flowers and gifts have a high risk chance to get damaged, Thus we only provide return/replacement if the order is damaged before the delivery.
7. Pet Items
We do care about your pets, If the product is expired or incorrect we will provide you with instant return or replacement. Your refund will be added immediately within 60 minutes on your MARTMAN wallet.
8. Health and Wellness
Products from this category can be returned or replaced within 3 days after the product is delivered, But the items which are used by the customer cannot be returned or replaced.
Return or replacement time differs if the product is purchased by different stores.
9. Medicine
We have a good news for you, Allopathic medicines and homeopathic medicines can be returned or replaced. You have to request for return or replace within 24 hours after the order is delivered.
Our customer care team would start working on it instantly and give you a update as soon as possible.
10. Novels and Stationary
You can return an accidental book order within 3 days, The product before returning or replacing will be directly checked by our executives, We will provide you the refund within 1-3 working days,
Or replace the item within 2 days. Repeatedly returning or replacing orders on this category may get your MARTMAN account banned for 90 days.
11. Electronics and Hardware
You can request for returns or replacements within 7 days, If you return the product we will provide you with 100% refund within 3-5 working days,
We do instant replacements on this category, A estimate time for replacement is within 12 hours.
12. Sports Shop
If your experiencing poor performance of your product, You can return or replace the product within 7 days after the product is delivered at your doorstep, We will provide you the replacement within 24 hours,
And for returns, We will provide you the refund within 3-5 working days to your bank account.
13. Home Decor and Essentials
Products may not be eligible for return or replacement in some cases, Due to change in stock, But if you want to return or replace any item from your order,
Return it to the delivery boy instantly so there is no inconvenience. We will refund your order amount within 3-5 working days.
14. Baby Care Products
We provide instant return and replacement for your little hands and little feet, If the product is damaged or expired we will replace it immediately,
According to our new return policy, we don't accept the request of return/replacement, if the product is damaged by the consumer, Products must be sealed before returning it to the delivery boy.

15. Fruits and Vegetables
If you are not 100% satisfied with the freshness of the items you have received, You can straight away return it to the delivery boy or the task man.
And call on the customer care number for superfast returns or replacements.
16. Computer, Mobile and Accessories
As per our new return policy, You can check the product on your doorstep, or just ask the delivery boy to check it for you, by doing this you can be assured that your product functions properly,
After all the verifications done you just need to sign an NOC which will be given by us, Our task man or delivery boy will co-operate with you and help you so you get the right product without any fraudulent.
You can place return or replacement order within 7 days after the product is delivered, Extra charges may be included for picking the product from your given address, The amount will be refunded within 5-10 working days.
And for replacements your order will be replaced within 1-3 working days.
17. Meat, Fish and Eggs
We apologize for the inconvenience, But currently we don't accept returns and replacements on this category.
18. Printed and Customized Products
Products which are customized or printed will be eligible for returns and replacements only if it is damaged or if there is some printing mistake. We would replace the product within 24 hours, After the return or replacement order is submitted.
